I didn't know anything about Charlotte Perkings Stetson, but now I know and do appreciate her and her place in history, contributing to a brodening of sympathies and understanding of her contemporaries in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. "Yellow Wallpaper" was an excellent choice --and your narration definitely did the story justice. Creepy, indeed. I am looking forward to Red Chief, probably my favorite 'short' of all times.

I’ve always encountered this author as Charlotte Perkins Gilman. Where did you see her named “Stetson”?

It looks like Gilman was her second married name. She published “The Yellow Wallpaper” under Stetson, which is the name on my copy!
I read this one in summer school.
